XT1 Cordless Vaccum Cleaner

Low Suction Power
  • Ensure the battery is fully charged.
  • Check if the dust container, filters, suction nozzle, floor brush, roller brush, and brush bearings are clogged or tangled with hair. Clean as needed.
  • Reassemble the extension tube and floor brush, ensuring all connections are secure.
  • Check if the sealing rings at the bottom of the dust container or extension tube connection are loose or deformed. Adjust or replace if necessary.
  • Reinstall the dust container assembly properly.
Short Runtime
  • Check and clean dust container, filter, nozzle, roller brush, and roller bearings for blockages or hair.
  • Clean or replace the filter.
  • Fully charge the battery before use.
Battery Not Fully Charging
  • Clear any debris from the charging port.
  • Let the vacuum rest for 1 hour after use before charging.
  • Charge continuously for more than 5 hours until the battery shows above 80%.
  • Use once charging is complete.
No Indicator Light While Charging
  • Check power outlet.
  • Clean the charging port.
  • Check if the battery pack terminals and the main unit power terminals are dirty or have debris, and clean them
  • Let the vacuum rest for 1 hour after use before charging.
Cannot Power On
  • Fully charge the vacuum.
  • Check if the dust container, filter, nozzle, floor brush, roller brush, and roller brush bearings are clogged with debris or hair. Clean them promptly, and regularly clean and replace the filter.
  • Check if the main unit's air intake and the dust container's air intake are blocked with hair or debris. Clean them promptly.
  • Check if the battery pack terminals and the main unit power terminals are contaminated with dust or debris. Clean them and reinsert the battery.
  • Reassemble the product.
Roller Brush Icon Flashing
  • Remove the roller brush and turn on the vacuum to check if the floor brush indicator light turns off.
  • If the light turns off, the roller brush was likely tangled.
  • If the light remains on, the issue may be a machine fault or a blocked roller brush bearing.
  • Check the roller brush and its bearings for debris or hair entanglement. Clean them thoroughly.
  • After cleaning, reinstall the roller brush and observe whether the indicator light persists. If the issue remains, please contact customer service for further assistance.
Error Codes

In the event of a fault, the indicator light on the screen stays on for 10 seconds, and the battery pack indicator flashes once per second for 10 seconds.

  • E1: Charger undervoltage, overvoltage, or overcurrent
  • E2: Button stuck protection
  • E3: Battery pack error
  • E4: NTC short circuit or open circuit
  • E5: Floor brush overcurrent/stall protection
  • E6: Motor overcurrent protection
  • E7: Brushless motor blockage/light load protection
  • E8: Over-temperature protection during discharge
  • E9: Short circuit protection
