Low suction power
- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Check if the dust container, filters, suction nozzle, floor brush, roller brush, and brush bearings are clogged or tangled with hair. Clean as needed.
- Reassemble the extension tube and floor brush, ensuring all connections are secure.
- Check if the sealing rings at the bottom of the dust container or extension tube connection are loose or deformed. Adjust or replace if necessary.
- Reinstall the dust container assembly properly.
Short Runtime
- l Check and clean dust container, filter, nozzle, roller brush, and roller bearings for blockages or hair.
- l Clean or replace the filter.
- l Fully charge the battery before use.
Battery Not Fully Charging
- Clear any debris from the charging port.
- Let the vacuum rest for 1 hour after use before charging.
- Charge continuously for more than 5 hours until the battery shows 100%.
- Use once charging is complete.
Cannot Power On
- Check for dust or debris at the contact points between the battery pack and the main unit. Clean and reinstall the battery.
- Inspect the charging port for obstructions. Clean and reconnect the charger.
- Plug in the charger and allow the device to charge fully before turning it on.
- Press the power button and use the “+” or “-” buttons to adjust the suction level.
Error Code E4
- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Check if the dust container, filters, suction nozzle, floor brush, roller brush, and brush bearings are clogged. Clean thoroughly.
- Inspect the air inlets of the main unit and dust container for blockages.
- Reassemble the vacuum properly.
Error Code E7
- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Check if the dust container, filters, suction nozzle, floor brush, roller brush, and brush bearings are clogged or tangled.
- Inspect the air inlets of the main unit and dust container for any obstructions.
- Check the battery and terminal contacts for dirt or debris, clean, and reinstall.
- Reassemble the vacuum properly.
Error Code E3
- Remove the roller brush and power on the vacuum. Check if the floor brush error light turns off.
- If it turns off: the roller brush was jammed with debris or hair.
- If it stays on: the roller brush bearing may be stuck, or the floor brush is faulty.
- Clean the roller brush and its bearings thoroughly.
- Reinstall the roller brush and check again. If the error persists, please contact customer service.
