• Fully charge the battery
• Check and clean the dust container, filter, nozzle, and floor brush
• Reassemble the extension rod and brush
• Make sure the dust container is tightly closed
• Test suction again

• Let the vacuum rest for 1 hour after use before charging
• Charge for over 4 hours until the light turns blue
• Then power on and use

• Let the device rest for 1 hour before recharging fully

• Disassemble the vacuum (main unit, dust cup, extension rod, and floor brush) and check all connection points for dust or hair. Clean if needed.
• Remove the dust cup and check if the two metal pins inside the main unit can spring up properly.

• Check and clean the charging port
• Charge fully with the original adapter
• Press the power button shortly to turn on (long press won’t work)
• If still not turning on, the unit may be faulty

To ensure product quality, all units undergo 100% testing. Small droplets in the water tank are normal due to mopping function tests before shipping.
