30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
Eligibility: Request returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and returned with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and gifts.

Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping for non-quality issues; Linkifly covers shipping for confirmed defects.

Fees: No restocking fees.

Note: Accessories are only eligible for return due to quality issues.
30-Day Return & Exchange for Quality Issues

If your product has a verified quality issue within 30 days of delivery, you may request a free return or exchange. Linkifly will cover all related shipping costs. Photo or video proof is required for verification.

Returns & Exchanges After 30 Days

Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. However, products with quality-related issues may still qualify for warranty service.

Product Return & Exchange Process

1. Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return, refund, or warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or invoice.

2. Request a Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team with the reason for your return or exchange. For quality-related issues, please include clear photos or videos of the defect for verification.

3. Shipping the Product

Once your request is approved, ship the item using the prepaid label or address provided by Linkifly.

4. Refund or Replacement

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement based on the situation.

5. Shipping Costs Responsibility


  • Customer-Paid Shipping: For returns not due to a verified defect, including non-defective returns, defects not confirmed by Linkifly, or unauthorized returns.

  • Linkifly-Paid Shipping: For returns using a prepaid label due to verified quality issues; we cover any damage or loss during transit.

6. EU/UK Charger Notice

Products shipped from EU warehouses include EU-standard chargers. Only UK warehouse shipments include UK-standard chargers. Returns based solely on charger type are treated as non-defective returns.

Two-Year Limited Warranty – Linkifly

Warranty Coverage

Linkifly warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the purchase date, under normal household use and proper maintenance per the user manual. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

⚠️ Spain Customers: Warranty extends to three (3) years in compliance with local regulations.

Refurbished Products: Have separate warranty terms listed on the product page. For confirmation, email support@linkiflyofficial.com with your order receipt.

Non-consumable Parts: Such as separately purchased motors, are covered for 3 months.

Consumable Accessories: Filters, brushes, mop cloths, etc., are not covered.

How to Apply for Warranty

Retail Store Purchases:

Contact your local authorized distributor with:


  • Product serial number (SN)

  • Original proof of purchase (receipt, date, and product details)

Online Store Purchases:

Email support@linkiflyofficial.com within business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–6:30 pm GMT+8). Response within 48 business hours.

Steps for Online Warranty Service:


  1. Contact Us: Provide order number and serial number (SN)

  2. Visual Evidence: Share clear photos or videos of the issue as guided

  3. Receive Warranty Solution: Depending on the case, solutions may include:


    Replacement parts with guidance


    Return for repair at an authorized service center


    Replacement with a new or equivalent model


Replacement Coverage:

If a replacement unit is issued, warranty continues for the longer of:


  • 90 days from receipt of the replacement, or

  • Remainder of the original warranty period

Linkifly may replace products with an item of equal or greater value.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:


  • Normal wear and tear: Consumable parts like filters, brushes, mop cloths

  • Accidental/environmental damage: Fire, water, lightning, natural disasters, misuse

  • Improper use or maintenance: Failure to follow user manual, incorrect voltage, improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications

  • Improper packaging during returns

  • Battery damage: Short-circuit, tampering, unsupported use

  • Unauthorized parts/accessories

  • Commercial use (household use only)

  • Unauthorized dealers/resellers

  • Lost or stolen products

  • External factors beyond control: Electrical fluctuations, Wi-Fi issues, internet interruptions
