Unresponsive Touchscreen
This vacuum uses a touch panel for switching modes and suction levels. Tap the “S” icon on the screen to operate. Note: The panel does not provide haptic or sound feedback. Do not tap rapidly—wait ~1 second after each touch for the vacuum to respond.
Water Droplets inside Water Tank
To ensure product quality, all units undergo 100% testing. Small droplets in the water tank are normal due to mopping function tests before shipping.
Water Tank Leaking
The vacuum comes with a water tank that has an ON/OFF button to control water flow. Press the button to stop water release. If dripping continues, remove and dry the mop cloth after washing.
